First 100 Entries
The last entry on Halloween was the Menagerie's 100th post. I thought that in honor of the occasion I should put together a retrospective. So, here are the top 16 Menagerie photos from the first 100 entries (as chosen by Eric-- and I only included animal pictures). Vote for your favorite, both of you readers!
These are in no particular order, not even chronological. I had lots of trouble with Blogger trying to get them all uploaded...
1. Raz uses civil disobedience to ensure that Daniela can't work on her computer instead of paying attention to her dog.
2. Is it dinner time yet?
3. Raz looks up from reading the NY Times.
4. Moose meets a pig.
5. Peace in our time: Moose and Raz share the bed.
6. Snow Dog.
7. Moose, Lucy, and a sunbeam.
8. Moose and his duck.
9. How much bed does a Moose need?
10. Moose and Penny play-fight (this one was actual play, unlike their actual fight more recently..)
11. Lucy also loves the duck.
12. Lucy in mid-shake.
13. Is it dinnertime YET?
14. Happy Holidays 2005!
15. Soccer-playing deer.
16. Whose bed is it anyway?
17. Raz enforces the pecking order by sitting on top of Lucy. Lucy looks annoyed.

So many good ones, but I LOVE the one of Raz reading the NYTimes. Hilarious. Thanks for the Retrospective, great idea!
Just so you know, more than 2 people enjoy the Menagerie. They are all such great photos, but if have to chose one, I vote for Number 1. You know I can't resist Raz dog...although Moose and Lucy have my regards too!

yes - not only 2 readers! and not only one photo! I vote for #1, #14 (happy holidays) and #15 (soccer deer).
hi, i'm reader #4, and i love all the photos! if forced to choose, i would have to say the one with moose, raz and a sunbeam on your bed with the pretty garnet hill sheets.
oh, and i tried to access the howling video, but to no avail. too bad, cuz i really would've liked to hear the bell-foster household sing their chorus of howls!
okay, it's totally embarrassing that gigglygirl recognized the garnet hill sheets...
i don't know who the other anonymous person is...
the other anonymous person didn't pick the photo with her puppy, cause now it looks a bit scary!!

Which one is your favorite, Eric and P&MM?
I think #7 (the sunbeam) is my favorite, because it's such a good picture (think my lovely wife took it).
defenitely #1 No more computer use. that's the way to stop the technology. Way to go Raz!!
