New baby comes home (no, not THAT baby....)


We got our new toy car over the weekend. Here are a few pictures of the new MINI Clubman S. Its name is Minimus, which is Latin for "smallest," and also combines the word "mini" with the Latin word "mus," which means "mouse." (yep, Eric is just that nerdy.)

It's 9 inches longer than the regular Mini!


The "club door," which will make carseat removal easier, I 'spect...


The "barn doors" in back are quite snazzy, we think.....


And they open very wide....

it's very very cute. . . i am strongly resisting the urge to bust it's stationwagon resemblance, but in lieu, i will instead comment on the hearse quality barn doors - those are crazy!!

Okay, Minimus can fit an infant/baby car seat but definitely NOT a coffin! :)
